    I dont understand why every video of her is deleted. If she not wants be published she should start to work as waitress….
    Or wanted the camsite u delete the video? Hard to believe, since Needlive themself publish nude vids of their performer all over the internet 😉

    Gareth this is my opinion too!

    But we have a strikt policy: If a camgirl leave a (qualified) DMCA report we first block the post. Than we ask the poster what to do. And if we do not get an answer within 2 weeks we delete the movie and/or picture.

    p.s.: And I am sure that we are not the only place that has hosted these movies. But often girls do not think about this when working on webcam.

    Yes, i am sure too that her videos are cross the internet. But I think, that a camgirl is not copyright holder of a recorded webcam show. Its only the camsite. The contracts between camgirls and this websites say clear, that the copyright is by the site and not by the performer. In this sense i not understand your policy.

    If a camsite ask to delete, you sure have to do, but if a camgirl do, in my opinion, you must not delete a video. At least as long this videos was part of a paied show as an adult camsite. 🙂

    The copyright rules are different on different sites. And could change from time to time without our notification. Please have in mind that we provide a hosting service here. Not less, not more. Therefor we ask the poster. I think this is the best solution for all.
